Opportunities do not arise often and therefore they need to be tapped at the right time, at the right place, and at the right pace. International Moving is also known as "Relocations" or "Packing and Moving" or "Removers".

Our International Moving department commenced on 1^st Feb 2012, and my very motivated and experienced team members have progressed into the inbound, outbound, local and National moves across the country.  Further with the unconditional support of our management in India and the very versatile Klaus Holmager - IM Regional Manager, (Middle East) we have been in business with our G2G offices and a very strong agent network across the globe.

We have dedicated IM staff and teams in Mumbai and Bangalore, while the offices in Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Cochin are providing the services required for IM from their existing Logistics support teams. Mumbai, Bangalore and Cochin have been setup with warehouses and infrastructure too. International Moving is now in full growth and maturity to investments, has begun at a consistent pace  

GAC believes that empowering our colleagues with justifiable responsibilities takes us beyond our basic activities. Based on this belief, ongoing empowerment, monitoring, motivation and training keeps up the trend of our move process and brings in change in many ways. The 4 A’s that Attributes to a higher potential manager and his team members are:

 The four things that people feel they owe their Manager are: 0ne hundred percent effort, loyalty, honesty and get-it-done results. When such consciousness and focus is driven by the other person who rather feels what he owes this is called asymmetry. It’s such consciousness that keeps a balance and we think about each ones needs and reciprocate our work.

Relocations, packing and moving from point A to point B is not all about wrapping and stuffing. It means we are dealing with the sentiments of people and our corporate.  Your heart is where your home is and so are your personnel belongings, which we at GAC ensure that there is peace of mind in every move.

• Relocations doesn't shine by shaking our clients hand in the best of time, it blossoms by holding their hands firmly in critical situations!

• Logistics mean having the right thing, at the right place, at the right time.

• Relocation: A change in the physical location of an individual, home or business set up.

2012: Having said the above we did complete the first year with a feed back on our CFF with a 93% overall. The business growth based on operating margin was a turnover of 35% on a tonnage of LBS 369022, close to 50 nos, 20ft containers. We have an aim and target for 2013 to achieve LBS 842900, 114 nos, 20ft containers.

2013: We completed the second year with a feed back on our CFF with a 94% overall. The business grew with an overall tonnage of LBS 900,731, close to 121 nos, 20ft containers. The overall growth grew by 57% in 2013 compared to earlier year.

My vision for International moving is very clear; it is to achieve the highest degrees of excellence in our professional services and giving the customer an edge towards Customer Delight, taking forward a chain of services in International Moving. Having relocated myself and knowing the anxiety and stress a family goes through while moving, I believe in stretching that extra mile just to see a "Service with a Smile", with our GAC spirit always ahead. So, I reach out to everyone at GAC to strive and excel every moment of the day with unmatched determination and faith. This will indeed propel us towards our goal further for International Moving in India for "Delivering your strategy." And the new 5 year plan, for Vision Z, Global Performance (VZGP).
